RETURNS:

All Products we sell are brand new and have never been used unless clearly specified in the title or description. Notify us immediately if you must return the item for any reason. We offer a return period of 30 days from date of receipt.  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns.  Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable.  Special Order items may not be returned.  Opened and/or unsealed  DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective.  Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.  We will refund you minus the shipping to your account or by check.

• Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
• Write the RMA # on the outside of the box
• Use the original shipping carton and packing materials, if possible.

*** Please keep in mind that it will take 1-2 weeks for a refund after the item is received. We try to process the returns as fast as we can.  If you need to return an item, please contact us first.  You will receive an RMA # and shipping address to return your item.
