RETURNS:
All Products we sell are brand new and have never been used unless clearly specified in the title or description. Notify us immediately if you must return the item for any reason. We will refund you minus the shipping to your account or by check. RETURNING ITEMS BY MAIL:
- Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
- Write the RMA # on the outside of the box
- Use the original shipping carton and packing materials, if possible.
